HERA Platform Demonstrated in Detroit

Real-time Robotics showcased the HERA platform at a live demonstration in Detroit, Michigan on April 13, 2026. The event featured autonomous takeoff with Starlink connectivity and the debut of the OmniSight dual-pod AI gimbal. Press and defense stakeholders witnessed HERA's backpack-portable deployment, 4-payload capability, and real-time AI analytics in urban and rooftop environments.

The Detroit demonstration marked the first public showing of OmniSight's Chameleon-Eye Architecture, which provides 360° coverage through two independently gimbaled EO/IR/LRF pods. TeamSight live streaming allowed all attendees to view real-time feeds simultaneously.
