RtR Achieves Full NDAA Section 889 Compliance Certification

Real-time Robotics has achieved full compliance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) Section 889, which prohibits the U.S. government from procuring equipment from specific foreign manufacturers.
The certification covers HERA’s complete hardware stack, including airframe, electronics, sensors, and communication systems. No foreign-controlled components exist in HERA’s data path.
"Our in-house engineering approach, designing everything from airframes to AI, gives us complete control over the supply chain," explained the engineering team. "This is not a retrofit or workaround. HERA was designed from day one with government security requirements in mind."
The compliance certification opens HERA to procurement by federal, state, and local government agencies across the United States.
